“Popcorn lung," also known as bronchiolitis obliterans, is a condition that causes scarring and damage to the small airways (bronchioles) in the lungs. This scarring restricts airflow, leading to symptoms like coughing, shortness of breath, and potentially respiratory failure. The name "popcorn lung" stems from its association with workers in popcorn factories who developed the condition due to exposure to diacetyl, a flavoring used in microwave popcorn.

@Kinkle_Z

I REALLY appreciate everything you're teaching us. Thank you SO MUCH!!

@DireWolf619

Grew up on those. I'm so glad that shit didn't turn me gay.

@HarmanMacPade-x2i

What’s truly crazy is, once you read The Secret Health Reset you realize how blinded you were, but it’s never too late. That book has serious knowledge you need to know.

@LéaGirard1234

Three things that changed my life:

1. started watching youtube videos
2. read book called Rethinking Health Secrets
3. I stopped eating excess sugar

@deborahj-1722

I make organic popcorn in an air popper, put real butter on it. Haven’t had it in forever since I’m mainly carnivore now. My mom told us this was toxic years ago so I never got into the microwave popcorn habit, thank goodness for California hippie moms from the 80s 😂🤣

@ethanclarke5872

Him being scared of the microwave is so funny😂

@RodríguezJuann

Once you read book Rethinking Health Secrets, you can’t unsee it. The system is built to keep you in the dark, but this book changes everything.

@sarahliz-k4o

I started questioning everything after reading The Secret Health Reset, it made me realize how blinded we are by the health institutions, but it’s never too late.

@AGM230

Noooo Paul’s coming after my favorite snackkk the chemicals taste so good tho 😭

@Healthy_Lifestyle_Advocate

Great job making a variety of videos showing the things that a lot of people do. I don't do these things but this makes it easy to share with those that do ❤

@alexbonesjones7570

I love how you’re holding it at arms length 😂 never change Paul

@anniemunn9737

We never had a microwave in our home. My children always complained! My only son (now almost 27) had terrible asthma and I was told it could aggravate his asthma and symptoms. I refused to have one and still do not, as an empty nester. I do believe two of my four children have microwaves. I will be forwarding this awesome video! Thank you!! 👍🫶

@ztmorris9738

Imagine eating microwave popcorn while watching this

@richellmcknight446

Looks delicious!!!😂😂 I definitely miss it!❤

@robertbrunner1234

Popcorn is not GMO but field corn is. So enjoy your popcorn unless you have gut issues. I avoid the yellow and go with the white popcorn for the smaller hulls. I pop the corn in a ceramic non stick pot with a glass lid using extra light olive oil. The extra light olive oil is safe for the heat and is a neutral taste.

@NoFateButWhatWeMake

That's why I eat the bag instead since all the chemicals are leached into the 🍿

@davidhoover2446

I love popcorn and eat it on occasion. I do what you were saying, but I’ll go light on the tallow and add some melted butter at the end!

@reya_skye

Pop popcorn in a pot with a lid with tallow or olive oil, and then melt salted butter and mix it with the popcorn, very delicious.

@nr9058

Thanks for the insights wise mandrill!
