From My Experience, 1-10th : ICSE IS BEST (for your strong BASE + good Communication Skills ) 11th-12th : CBSE IS BEST (BUT NOW CBSE IS MAKING HARD CONCEPTUAL PAPER especially for PHYSICS)..Now it depends on you All the best 👍

Isce don't cut off syllabus, But cbse does it regularly, This creates a pressure on to cover a large study meterial in 11 , 12 students who plan for jee or neet.
