Here Salesforce devlopers with 3-4 years experience not getting any interview call Then what they achieve by learning Salesforce admin ,that also in india where everyone consider that it's a default add on for any Salesforce developer My honest recommendation to your team to do some ground research in terms of jobs in tech industry and make dedicated videos on those. At least fresher will get better clarity Salesforce was good in 2019-2022 But now experience developer only not getting interview call And Everyone in youtube teaching Salesforce 😑
