Some precious teachers that actually teach kids to learn...

@nehakabirlearning

Leadership and management are distinct concepts, but both play crucial roles in organizational success. Understanding the differences between the two can shed light on how they contribute to making a difference in an organization.

          Leadership
> Vision and Inspiration:
> Innovation and Change
> Relationships and Influence
> Risk-taking
> Long-term Focus
             Management
> Planning and Organizing
> Implementation and Control
> Problem-Solving
> Authority and Control
> Short-term Focus

* A leader solves problems even if they are not on his agenda. Wow!
*Write your own story.
*Quitting is for winners not losers but you should know when to quit.

Thank you so much for this insightful video.

i've been trying to learn how i can be more assertive/less timid. my parents literally raised me to be scared of the world, to be scared to speak up, to speak up for myself and to let people treat me how they wanted. i've spent the last 15 years unlearning all the toxic shit abd am still finding stuff likw this i need to work on

@alfredeinstein8801

Leaders are built in attitudes. Most managers are stereo type but there Leader managers and these people make the big difference. Well said Seth.

Managers do things right,
Leaders do the right things

@vasudhamadaan5606

Leadership isnt about excellence so much, It is more about continuing to be on the journey of excellence. Never ending it, ever.

Collages produce Managers

What world need is teacher and mentors like these to be leaders

@SamarElatta

The best way I ever heard leadership vs. Management explained. Just shared it with my clients. Every leader should hear this!

@adsbypopcorntrailer

Seth breaks this down to a simple understanding. Leaders definitely need training because leadership is a skill. The advertising industry showed me for years there was a huge difference between a leader and a boss. I learned so much from creative leaders who wanted nothing more but to share their knowledge with me for preparation of higher opportunities. When you're invested in the growth of employees there's no time left in the day for micromanaging. ~ Tim

This talk is a wake-up call! Leadership isn’t about authority; it’s about responsibility, courage, and solving interesting problems. How do we unlearn the fear of failure and embrace vulnerability? Let’s stop flying too low and start leading with empathy and excellence. What’s one step you’ll take today to lead differently?

@eddygan325

Wow, I have listen to Seith for a while, this is first time I heard he talk about "Dukkha" in Buddhism. πŸ‘πŸ€

The starting vedio caught up my attention, I realised that in order for us to win the game we need to think, and do our tactics and start to manage on how it's gonna work. Thank you so much Mr. Godin for sharing your amazing knowledge.

@JustinWingfield
