Absolutely, Dr! I eat Ketovore, mainly protein.
I've been following you since 2019. I do Intermittent Fasting also. I am 73, lift weights and exercise daily. 🙏 💪 ♥

Seeing how big food is catching on to how popular keto has become, makes me thankful I found this WOE in 2016. (Though I did Atkins in the 90’s) Back before the “keto” foods were in the grocers. It just confuses newbies. It’s easy really; if you can’t get it at the butchers, the farmers market or the dairy farm, it ain’t on the keto plan. Real Food Prepared at Home by You!

This is exactly what I do. Most meals are carnivore but I do have some veggies with dinner sometimes. I did carnivore for a long time and lost a ton of weight and put my autoimmune in remission but the diet was a bit too strict and made traveling difficult, and I just want a bit of variety. If I ever feel inflammation coming on, I just eat carnivore for a few days. I even enjoy a scoop of natural penut butter a couple of times per week. Only ingredient: penuts. One ingredient foods only except the occasional sauce or salad dressing if im at a restaurant.

@amalyakurnia7323

The most video that I love him, you made carnivore not so scary for others

@maryt5541

Great advice!

@MYWORKINFO2012

Yes real food. No processed, no sugar added. Real Whole Foods. Oh and no seed Oils. Olive oil and Avocado oil ok.

@DeviousFink

I tried carnivore. I just missed veggies too much. The occasional salad helps me stay on track with low carb.

@yawnoc97

3.5 years strict carnivore!! such a social stigma (sorta) that I rarely eat out. The wife can't take Carnivore so when we eat out its a steak house or somewhere that has a big chopped ground sirloin and lots of butter. I hate eating out but do so to keep the peace. $30 steaks are hard to swallow for Sunday Lunch!

@retirementpirate3665

Some days keto, some days carnivore. Always no grain, no seed oils, and no sugar. It's not a cult.

Hey Doc, some people might instantly say you're backsliding or back peddling. But you're really picking your battles on a social level and that's important, even if to help stay meat-centric! If I eat veggies, it's broccoli or asparagus or something cruciferous WITH butter or bacon grease, steamed and sauteed. And like you said, berries and nuts sparingly...
