Wait no. This is not the case. Yes, there are 1000s of "full-stack developers" But if you try to find one to do the job, you will hardly be left with 5-7. Just completing a 2hours course does not make you a full stack developer. Currently in my company we have 8years experienced folks who are not able to do simple React stuff. I got onboarded and apparently there is only me and 2 more good devs in the team. I am doing frontend, backend and Database. When I inquired I found out that I was the 5th person they interviewed and the best one because the previous ones could not even answer simple beginner-level questions. So in the end, skills matter, if you are skilled then they will hire you. The company I am talking about is a Big4 and I got the job after 1 interview when they had specifically mentioned that there will be 2 rounds.

He is promoting his cohort course Aevy TV very subtly. And can you guess what this cohort teaches? Video editing and content creation. Also, it is extremely expensive for the content it provides. i saw his AI video the other day and was nearly influenced into believing that I am doomed. But then I remembered little finger from GOT and his comment - Always ask yourself what this other person wants from you that he is helping you? And thats when it clicked, this guy is promoting a equally or even more competitive field as a career option by saying that the other field is getting competitive. And how is he saying that he is helping you? By teaching you to compete in that said field which is content creation and video editing. He is a next level salesman I give him that.

There are already tons of developers pumped in the market with a decade of experience under their roof. Those guys are capable of handling multiple projects. They can finish the job on time which is the priority of every employer. Very few companies are giving chance to freshers in product based companies now. Peace.

I was once told by a recruiter that there are so much of supply for developers in India or US but acquiring a quality resource is a very hard thing to do. Moral of the story, if you have quality you will always have demand in IT world.

Agreed ,compare fullstack to mobile ,there is a stark difference ,full stack should not be about learning the best and latest though ,most might not agree with this but some of the up and coming features in javascript frameworks are already present in java frameworks and c# frameworks for long ,mastering one will eventually mean that we can master many
