I live in uk and mortgage and rents have gone 3 folds.  Energy bills are unaffordable. People are unemployed and homeless and sleeping rough in the streets yet they government is bent upon building high rise towers across Manchester and other cities in which flats are so expensive that average person can’t even afford to rent a flat  never mind buying them.  In UK local councils charge meaningless tax called council tax which is a tax on your property that everyone has to pay which is becoming unaffordable every year by average people.  Suffice to say no one knows where this country is heading and what the future holds.

Britain should be ashamed of their jealousy towards  India . The US is at the moment is indebted to UK to the tune of about 700 billion dollars. In addition to the UK, the US is also owing billions of dollars to Japan, Luxemburg, Belgium etc etc . Can the UK also comment that the US as a country does not deserve for any further financial assistance because they have been launching space crafts to the moon ???

India is 4 times as rich as uk in ppp terms they have 1/2 of India's union budget and after looting so much for India they still are going through rough time I am not saying that India is more developed than uk but at a nation comparison we have a great past and have a good present and will be a greatest future india will rise again as the golden bird
