A culture of renovation needs to enter the mindset of the country. Majority of people run things into the ground before repairing them. That's the wrong way to approach life. Things need constant maintenance and upgrades!

@SelwynClydeAlojipan

The local administrators and legislators must gain a mindset of allocating a certain budgetary percentage to repair and maintenance of existing infrastructure. They often delay or deduct the allocation on maintenance and then allow corruption to reduce or diminish it.

@NPRNTVChannel

Operation and maintenance of every structure are both crucial. They goes side by side. Just to make sure all will be smooth when needed.

The biggest infrastructure for the Philippines is NMIA in Bulacan which leads to improvements in other infrastructure throughout the Philippines spreading the population throughout the country, especially in the Manila area. NMIA will likely lead to an NAIA demotion to a domestic airport while NMIA and Clark will handle all of the area’s international traffic. NMIA and Clark can still do domestic flights. NMIA will also open up to the Philippines accepting international flights from other major airports in Europe and North America with either Atlanta or Washington-Dulles being the furthest direct flight from NMIA.
