@PandorasFolly

Our intern turned to me one day as we are walking back from helping a user. "Its almost embarrassing how often rebooting a computer works to clear up a problem."

@damonaniton

Troubleshooting methodology can and will get you a job. Interviews are basically just a practical technical exam. And sometimes the person doing the interview is more interested in seeing how you think through a problem and not if you know the "right" answer all the time

I am working as an IT Seervice desk and this video is a great help. Thanks.

@brianwayne9464

Great steps, 90% of the issues I encounter can be resolved by these (outside of unlocking accounts).

@ИринаТуктамышева-з1й

Thank you very much! I'm preparing a lesson of English for an IT guy and your video is exactly what I needed.

@ryanjade2836

Thank you for this video. I am a software developer but I am trying to understand the IT Troubleshooting side of things more thoroughly.

@lilninja7336

This is good for Desktop level troubleshooting. But IT as a whole, proper steps would be follow the OSI model from Physical up to Application layer, isolating what works and doesn't work along the way... "Yeah let me just re-image my PC when the network admin put me on the wrong vlan or sys admin didn't add me to the correct groups/roles." lol :)

@Vikermajit

You guys are awesome teaching helpless beginners, all this awesome stuff,...truly noble...enlightened souls...blessed with knowledge by the almighty creator...to helpless souls...divine.

@ZikoZigoooo

What do you recommend and why >> there is someone who wants to work in CyberSecurity field, would you advise him to take a degree in Computer Science then take a Master Program in CyberSecurity ? or Tacking a degree of CyberSecurity without taking a master?

@survivalpradanunya4040

My jobad specifically mentions “Re-imaging” as one of the desired qualifications. Nice! I didn’t know that term and now I do

@WilliamHenryMoore

@babySarah.

It helped alot because I didn't know anything about troubleshooting

@Lushed334

Thank you for the help, really good and structured video. Helped me understand more. Subscribed!!

@kennethjaeger5554

What happened to understand the end users issue completely, duplicate the problem, tests to see if there is a hardware failure causing the issue. And dont forget the all popular malware scans. (Maybe I just have a different outlook since I assist residential clients every day)

@SCADASupportPh

Reboot, definitely being joked about. Thank you for sharing!

@PocketBeemRocket

Hey... Uhm....
I think I'm about to get fired from the post office. Its just not working out. But I'm considering looking for help desk positions. I'm in the SF Bay Area, so I'm not sure how competitive or in demand these jobs are, especially cause I'm still studying for A+.

Any pointers?

@senditall152

Great advice

@technobeacon1702
