Don't bother if you don't have the disc version. They said if you have digital just go back to an earlier save. I did that. Did the prison again. Just wasted 3 hours because it's still bugged. I uninstalled it before trying this, as well. Don't waste your time. Wait for the patch.

If you're stuck on this puzzle then that means it's bugged. After you drop down the hole and go through the door, if the door is still open, then you have to delete the game and reinstall it and delete the update file.

The triangle with the cross at the bottom is buffed. It does not have the same stair layout as in the video and therefore can not be accessed. I love it when the developers don't do a single playthrough of their own game. But hey, surely they can balance the game over 4 difficulty settings?
