Just to say something, you made a mistake when transcribing the matrix (X^T * X)^-1 in the number i22 should be 296 instead of 269, the result is fine because you had the exercise already done beforehand. Tremendous contribution has helped me a lot.

amazing ...I got enough understanding. I have never found such like explanation. I confused for a lot of times how linear regression works. I use linear regression with predefined python library but no idea how it works.
