I watched this video 6 years back and 9:55 the quote literally changed my whole perspective to look at things and i know it sound simple but it has changed my whole persepetive to blaming others to taking the responsibility to change things. It has helped me in general not just communication. I can say this was my life altering video and I come to listen to this quote often to keep myself on track.
