First, I can’t help but comment on the voice. Being a man, often times I find it challenging to connect when I’m listening to a woman, especially if she’s doing that “I’m all love” voice. Like they have this image on what a loving voice sounds like so they fake that, which I can’t stand. Your voice was so deep and soothing and comforting that I immediately was able to surrender to it. Next, your words just spoke to me. I’m still listening to this now so I don’t have the clarity, but thank you.

I listened and fell asleep to this last night and after years, particularly the last few months, of feeling depressed I actually felt different. Upon waking I thought "this is stupid, it didn't work, just gave me weird dreams." But my mood was different, even my roommate noticed. A negative thought came into my mind followed by tears but then it was like a light bulb went off and I felt "awake". I have been self-reflecting, writing in my journal, writing to friends and family, things I haven't done in so long. And I feel, relieved! Like a weight off of my shoulders. Truly amazing. Thank you for this!

It's OK to compliment this man kn his voice and the power it holds. It's really OK. So if ur here for sleep, focus on that. Ain't no need to be putting these beautiful individuals down. We're all working on something. But being subconsciously negative will only hold u back longer. Don't put out a negative frequency bc it's always going to come back to u. There's really no reason to be upset over comments that don't belong to u or ain't for u. Blessings to u all.

Wonderful. My 2nd night of listening, and I do not wake up with the heavy depressed feeling, in my stomach, for the 2nd morning in a row. I cannot remember when that last happened. An amazing result for me.
