Last year, I stayed in ITC Royal Bengal for 2 Days! Really amazing and Royal experience. Best Hotel so far that I witnessed!

In India not everyone can communicate in English in a very fluent manner but this lady despite of being a lil nervous did her job so enthusiastically and so gracefully that anyone could ignore her mistakes. She's just so polite aur mujhe lagta h hi Indians ko apni bhasha use karne mein sharm nahi aani chhaiye ya hichkichana ni chhaiye because it is our native language aur bahot sare Indians ko toh hindi bhi nahi aati but they are good hosts and we treat our guests like God. Atithi devo bhawa. So yeah you did a very great job😊😊😊
