UVB-76, ,,жужжалка’’ - located near St.Petersburg, it’s the transmitter serves for Russia military forces and uses to gives commands for forces
It’s 3-Dog, awoo
Actually people are hesitating beetween two possible location in russia , we still don't know what it's used for but unlike other number station , UZB-76 has no purpose , so the question is why does it exist and what is it used for And yes sometimes you can hear voices saying random names or words for a few seconds until it stops Also before 2010 , every single hour the radio would change of tone and you could tell it was starting to get old
not ghosts, the station is maintained by the Russian armed forces as communication, it's located near st. petersburg, (prior to 2010, in povarovo, but apparently due to some sort of military reorganization the station was moved to the current site) the creepy voices is an announcer reciting the call sign and letters in the russian phonetic alphabet.
It's not impossible to find where UVB-76 is transmitting. The transmitting site is located in Saint Petersburg.
Woah that’s creepy 😮
