You will not be forgotten

@josephnadeau6689

This is Doug Sharpe’s evil, mustacheless cousin, Douglas Dull

@Thesmartestdoge

He looks so different with a fresh shave

@Cheetah10201

Chaudhari Rehmat Ali was one of the first people to give the idea of a seperate nation for Muslims in Colonial India, however he went against the leader of the Muslim League Muhammad Ali Jinnah, accusing him of betraying the original idea of a truly independent and united Muslim homeland, and this is why he is not fondly remembered, but his work is still regarded as extremely important in Pakistan's creation.

@HeisenbergFam

Bro picked the craziest timing to make a video about Pakistan

@RawTimee

Then the other Pakistan turned into Bangladesh

@mutterslog785

Not so fun fact: 2 million people died, and 20 million people were displaced during India's partition. Things could have been handled better.

@wimpwampwomp

Up to 2 million people died in the immediate aftermath of the Partition. Lord Mountbatten later said that had he known that Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the main driving force behind the Pakistan independence movement, had tuberculosis, and had he known when he was going to die, he would have waited for Jinnah to die and avert the Partition.

@EdwardGiannone

The mustache is gone 😭😭😭😭

@xsomai

where did mustache go?

@texasred5665

And they all loved happily ever after

@logan007

@LionTighter

As a British Pakistani I am thrilled to see my country getting more recognition it deserves!

@sujithsudhakaran745

His reasoning for Pakistan having a separate state applies for 90% of india. India for most of its existence was never culturally, religiously or genetically homogenous.

@gaminghighlights2481

In the 1800s Sir Syed Ahmed Khan also stated that Hindus and Muslims are two separate nations that can not merged into one nation

@LexieAssassin

Reminds me of that channel that starts off with, "Sounds like a great idea, with the best of intentions! What could possibly go wrong?!"

@chrisflores4788

I worked for an Indian company drilling wells in my country for about 6 months. It was very interesting to see the differences between Muslims and Hindus in the group. It was a challenge to procure halal meat for the Muslims (found a chicken farm that allowed them to perform the necessary ritual). The best cup of tea I've ever had was prepared by the chef they brought along. His coffee was awesome too.

@Yasir_emran

Thank you jinnah

@teriann099

The book - Freedom at Midnight documents this historic event. An epic read and a Pulitzer Prize winning book.

@stevenlindgren3314

Dude, if I had this level of understanding back in 7th grade, you just explained so much that was sorta glossed over in schools.
