Seniors, Touch This Area Before Bed To Help Your Body Live More Lightly All The Way To 100: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QeyQsv8mEFA

@williamstev

I have already lived 30 more years and ain't going to do a hell of a lot more from now on. I live alone, cook my own food, drive my car or motorcycle to the market. Clean my own house. I am 92 years old.

@AlexAlvarez-s8n

What’s truly crazy is, once you read The Secret Health Reset you realize how blinded you were, but it’s never too late. That book has serious knowledge you need to know.

@TheLongevityTales

to help you follow along more easily
Step 1: Drink 16 oz of room temp water + lemon immediately upon waking.
 Step 2: 60-second circulation exercise right after getting out of bed.
Step 3: Eat 25–30g of protein within 30 minutes of waking.
 Step 4: 90-second joint mobility routine to reduce stiffness and falls.
 Step 5: 1-minute memory recall to activate brain and protect cognition.

@SeniorWellnessWisdom88

I’m 90 and still going strong. I live by myself, do all my own cooking, still tend to my little garden, and walk to the store when I feel like it. No caretakers, no shortcuts. Aging doesn’t scare me — slowing down does.

@catherinepedri7382

I am going to try it. I’m 79 and my husband is 91. I believe it is never too late

@ElderlyWisdomLessons-q7o

This is gold. Just 5 minutes and it covers hydration, movement, nutrition, joints, and brain? No excuses. I’m adding this to my mornings starting tomorrow.

@robertwishart4270

I’ve been fighting congestion, body soreness and major brain fog for the past five days. I just completed your simple 5 step morning routine and two hours later I am already feeling better mentally and physically. Maybe it’s the placebo effect, but I’m going to add this to my morning routine for the next 21 days and get back with you with another review. Thank you Dr. Harris for sharing your knowledge and giving me a positive boost to my well-being.
