Order approval settings change the order type for all the products in your store. Isn't there a choice for one product only? I don't want to put all my listings to manual, just because i want one listing to be personalized.

Hi. If I set the order approval setting to 24 hours, I presume that this would be 24 hours from when the order was placed however, if it's set to a certain time each day, then that order will be processed at the set time whether or not the customization was completed??? So if a customer submits an order say 10 minutes before the set time, it will get processed without the personalization. Is this a correct assumption?

Could I delete the personalized product after I fulfilled the order or do I have to wait so the print is still on file and can be printed? If not, is there a way I can organize my products in Printify so I don’t have to have multiple copies filling up space, like a folder maybe?

is there a way to change a image inside of printify after a order has been placed through etsy but not yet submitted in printify? reason im asking is because a customer sent me a image that they want on a canvas wall art, and i honestly dont know how to go about this.... whenever i duplicate the listing and replace old image with a new image, the sku # changes.... is that normal?

To get this straight in my mind. I create an Etsy listing then create another in Printify. Do I save the Printify listing as a draft or click "hide in shop" and publish it? I was also wondering if we can order plain mugs from you?

What if a customer buys 2 different personalized products, will they be packaged together when shipping and will it only count as 1 shipping fee?

Mind blown 🤯 This will help greatly for my personalised Etsy mugs! I create designs using Canva, download to my device (png), then upload to Printify. Instead, I can upload a design from my device, save as a template, and create the personalised text box directly on Printify 👏🏽 Rather than downloading to device, then uploading each personalisation edit from Canva. This will save time because I use the Printify mug mock-ups. But it won’t work for personalised t-shirts because I use my own mock-ups. Is there a way to download Printify Tshirt designs before sending to publish❓❓

Could I create a separate account for personalized products only and also link it to my store, or can only 1 account link to a store at a time? I'd prefer not to risk a template product being shipped in case some emergency kept me from my shop for over 24 hours. I hope in the future you allow us to set up a "Personalized Product" option that will not ship until we initiate the order.
