I think we need more Decarabian lore. We know that people revolted against him. But we also know he seemed like a pretty okay god who just wanted to protect his people. I imagine there's so many more facets to the story than we know.

The unknown god has been theorized to be one of the Four Shades, specifically the Ruler of Void (unofficial name), based on her supposed connection to the Heavenly Principles, her resemblance to the Herrscher of the Void from Honkai Impact 3rd.

1. I’m sure unknown god is called amosday, a demon name too. 2. I think he is, with all the wind barriers all around, i suspect he is sealed away by venti. 3. Theories states that the venti’s statue points the the windrise tree, exactly where Vanessa ascended to celestia. Perhaps it was hinting that it was the actual gateway to celestia. 4. Idk, not in my lore knowledge 😃😃✨✨✨

Venti's statue is on the same line of latitude as Celestia (roughly). I think this statue is probably the most direct Hoyo has been regarding anything relating to Celestia. They really want to make Mondstadt's ties to it obvious.
