Great tips on getting started. I didn't know there were so many entry-level resources available.

Now, google cyber is just as valid, so is IBM. There are no short cuts. Cyber is CySa from CompTIA. College degree is hard work and must include a Thesis mine was on cross site server scripting and other threats. Pantera - Walk 🤘

As a person taking the Security + right now. Its a LOT of information and frankly a more difficult cert than "oh just get this cert" its not the hardest but its definitely up there. Also its 400 bucks and you have 2 or 3 tries.
Why does the leprechaun feel more trusting than most other people on this paltform
Rn I'm just trying to finish my cyber security minor major in college and once I finish it I am going to apply for a cyber security job next year
CompTIA A+ CompTIA Network + CompTIA Security + Acquire all this certs and then maybe, just maybe you’ll get an entry level Cyber Security job 😅

Wow great insights there! New suscriber. I have a question that I hope someone can help: Can someone who currently work as a physical access control security administrator with experience using on-premise and cloud-based access control tool to create user accounts, access permissions(provisioning & deprovisioning access credentials for commercial property tenants), configure access schedules, track events for alerts (event tracking), reporting, etc pivot into identity and access management (IAM)? I also have tech and AV support experience helping tenants with conference room system setup, wifi configuration etc.
Is this the same for United States
