I can't tell you how validated I feel. This is such a pinnacle game from my childhood. I would always rant and rave about how hard Barbie: Super Model was and no one believed me. When I saw this pop up in my feed all I could think was, "They're never getting past the snow level." Seeing Arin die twice in a row there was just UGH!! Cut quote of him saying this is the hardest game he's ever played and place it with him talking about how into it he was getting. Best play through!

I LOVE it when Grumps play Barbie games, especially old ones! They're so weird, like they operate on their own logic. And they're all simultaneously so idyllic and unsettling at every turn.

This game is a bit too girly for my taste. They should play a real mans game like "Detective Barbie In The Mystery Of The Carnival Caper (1998)". But fr the Detective Barbie games are weirdly intense, especially the music.

I'm a zoomer but I grew up with my Dad's Super Nintendo hooked up to the tv in my bedroom. And there was a BUCKET of games. We mostly played co-op stuff together like Mario World/ Kart or Donkey Kong wayyy past bedtime. I'd always sit on the floor right in front of the tv and he'd be on my bed behind me. And when I'd play this exact Barbie game he'd sit there and genuinely enjoy watching me play and we would talk and joke the whole time. He was the best.
