@timberlake-69

those bicep tear clips scared the fuck out of me

@robertwhite2449

I've never seen so many complete bicep tears in such a short space of time. You traumatized us Alex!

@portentouslad5051

I did not want to see that...😱

@celinreyes1983

Doing most of the same stuff that causes the tendom tears also works, just use half the weight. Don't let your ego hurt you.

@leocabiles3533

@AbsolutePower47

after i am seeing this, screw having large muscle size. I will prioritize tendon strength and muscle strength rather than muscle size. I don't care if i look thin

@raakgu

Take a lacrosse ball and roll it on your biceps. It removes adhesions and reduces the risk of tearing.

A lot of people tear muscles because the muscles are full of knots and adhesions so they can’t lengthen under load as usual.

@SouvikDas22222

Thank you πŸ˜’πŸŽ‰

@nemure

This is all really good and all, but tbh best and only advice you'll ever need to avoid any muscle tear and most injuries is DO NOT EGO LIFT work with what you're body is able to, not you're stupid ass ego

@arsonfly

That one dude lost both at once. No way he wasn't pushing himself too far.

@giorgiociaravolol1998

For biceps I found out that static holds and weighted chin ups are best suited for a 100% safe and efficient workout

@MurhsiziJessica

I ll try it

@siam6k

those bicep tear clips are really hard to watch

@abdulrhmanali-calisthnics

Thanks you alex

@gaminguceyt

Make a video on triceps ❀

@Dodobui12

I got a bicep tear before when do i pull up and you do not want to get that

@toolrammsteindeftones

Thanks. This will be very very helpful. I need the strength there

@alphatonic1481

Urgh dude I think I will never train my biceps again.

@OlleZiege

@Morjixxo
