肿瘤临床试验设计系列课程-- 第一讲 - I期临床试验设计简介

In this lecture, I will introduce the modern oncology clinical trial design methods, especially will focus on phase I, phase II trial designs. Many designs will involve Bayesian techniques, therefore, I will add concise introduction to the Bayesian methods in appropriate places within a course video or provide separate lectures for it. All introduced designs/methods introduced in the lecture will not only have a theoretical background but have software/code implementations with real-world examples. This series would be updated every 2 weeks and won't be stopped.
