Be Forewarned If Applying For A Job With This Company

I just recently applied for a job with PTI and had a strange experience which both confused me and annoyed me so much that I decided that it might not be a good idea to work for this company. I describe it all in the video, needless to say I found the whole thing baffling, so much so that I'm just going to avoid any further dealings with them. Was it incompetence or the act of someone overstepping their authority? You be the judge I guess.
