■Ingredients (6 pieces)
・6 mini croissants
・Cookie dough
・100g pancake mix
・50g unsalted butter
・1 tablespoon sugar
・1 egg yolk
・50g chocolate chips

■Procedure
(1) Put butter in a heat-resistant container and heat it in a 600W microwave for about 10 to 20 seconds without wrapping until it becomes slightly soft. Add sugar to the butter and mix with a whisk until it turns white. Add the egg yolk and mix well. (The butter is ready when it is soft enough to mix with a whisk. Be careful not to overheat it so that it doesn't melt. Start preheating the oven to 180°C.)
(2) Add the pancake mix and mix until it is no longer powdery and comes together. Add 30g of chocolate chips and mix (cookie dough). (It will be crumbly when you start mixing, but it will come together as you mix. If you put some of the chocolate chips on top just before baking, it will have a stronger granular texture and a more impactful appearance. You can make it by mixing it all together at this point, so if you want to make it quickly, it is recommended to mix the entire amount here.)
(3) Make a cut on the side of the mini croissant. Spread 1/12 of the cookie dough into the cut, and then put 1/12 of the cookie dough on the top of the mini croissant and spread it with your hands. Press 1/6 of the remaining chocolate chips (20g) into the cookie dough to attach them. Make a total of 6 mini croissants in the same way.
(4) Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for about 10 minutes. (The cookie dough is very soft when freshly baked, so let it cool a little or cool completely before eating.)
