Dairy Creek flowing again on Sauvie Island

Sturgeon Lake restoration project.
There hasn't been a connection between the lake and the Columbia river on the east side of the island since the 1996 flood ruined this channel. Much digging and a bridge later, it seems to be working. It's neato.
