I Caught Car Thieves in 4k!

We're about to catch car thieves in the most notorious neighborhood for carjackings. The plan is simple: place three bait cars around the city, get at least one of these cars stolen, track the thief down, then make them race us on a go-kart track to determine if they go to jail or keep the car for free!
