THAT'S AMAZING - DISTURBED ANTS IN THE GARDEN SAVE THEIR BABIES FIRST

We had left a garden trash bin on an old piece of patio for around a week or so.

When we came to move it we found that we must have placed it over an ant colony because there were loads of ants and their eggs exposed under where the bin had been.

Then something amazing happened all the ants immediately started to pick up the eggs even thought they were over twice the size of the worker ants and take them to safety without any regard for themselves.

Knowing they had to do something they protected the most vulnerable first and carried them to safety.

It took less than 5 minutes for all the eggs to be completely taken away to the nest.

Ants are amazing, if you disturb their nest please leave them alone they will clear up for you.
