SAP ABAP HR

• Should have good knowledge on SAP ABAP design and Architecture.
• Experience with HR ABAP design and development
• Should have good knowledge on HCM Design and org structure.
• Should have strong experience on Module pool programming and adobe forms.
• Should be good in time constraints and relationships.
• Should know custom info type creation and Maintenance.
• Should have strong experience on Creation of custom function and operations in Time management and Payroll.
• Should have good knowledge on usage of logical database.
• Should be good in time management business process (Usage of CAT2, CAT6, PT60 and PT66 transactions).
• Must Have good knowledge on payroll cycles, pay results functionality.
• Need knowledge on HCM process and forms.
• Should have exposure in HR interfaces, Reports, HR Enhancements.
• Experience in SF integrations with ECC is added advantage.
• Gateway development.
• 7.4 and 7.5 syntax exposure.
• Expertise in preparing technical design documents, Identifying the gaps & Solution design.
• Strong communication skills and client handling skills.
