Quick Sidebar in ChakraUI for Beginners | Desktop Only

No, this sidebar is not the most beautiful nor most responsive, but it'll get the job done if you're under a time crunch and need a primarily desktop sidebar that's fixed and next to a bunch of content that scrolls behind the viewport.
