Speckled Trout on tandem drop rig with chartreuse and pearl whte 4" swimming mullets at the bridge

Tried the Dike first and caught nothing then the Highland Bayou park second and still nothing. Then the good old bridge by the house and it took a hour solid casting for this fat little dude. He ate the pearl white mullet on the circle hook teaser. He fought hard for a trout.
