"Lu Rou Fan"
■Ingredients (serves 2)
・300g pork belly block
・1 piece of ginger
・1 tablespoon sesame oil
・2 boiled eggs
・2 servings of white rice
・Komatsuna (boiled) (as needed)

・2 tablespoons sugar
・2 tablespoons sake
・2 tablespoons soy sauce
・1 tablespoon oyster sauce
・2 tablespoons vinegar
・200cc water
■Procedure
(1) Finely chop the ginger.
(2) Cut the pork into 1cm cubes.
(3) Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, fry the ginger, and when it becomes fragrant, add the pork and fry over medium heat until it changes color.
(4) Add ☆, mix, and add the boiled eggs. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
(5) Place rice in a bowl and top with the pork from step 4 and the boiled komatsuna. (Boil the komatsuna in a pot of boiling water, then rinse in cold water and drain.)
