I've been asked a lot recently about e learning.

Whilst most large organisations have e learning in place as part of their overall learning strategy, there are still a large number of small business owners I have spoken to who don't know what it is and how it can be helpful to them and their teams in supporting amongst other things, overall business growth and engagement & retention .
