Always add a:focus after a:hover | CSS Tip

So I was watch one of Kevin Powell's old tutorials the other day. By the way, if you don't know Kevin Powell, he makes CSS tutorials on YouTube and is often referred to as the king of CSS. And I noticed that he suggests to add focus style to a link. I didn't know much about that, so I did some research and decided I'm going to follow his suggestion from now on.
