China has been dealing with a number of natural disasters in recent days that have left many people fearful. On Wednesday, severe weather hit the country as a massive sandstorm swept through Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang and Beijing, turning cities yellow and choking residents in thick dust. Just as people were struggling with the hazardous air conditions, a 4.5-magnitude earthquake struck Hebei Province, and a 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck Xinjiang in the early hours of March 26.
