Kangana Ranaut Won Second National Award for Queen (2014)

Kangana Ranaut won her second National Film Award for the Film Queen.


Kangana Ranaut won the Best Actress Award also called Rajat Kamal Award (Urvashi Award) with ₹ 50000 and a Citation. 

Kangana was awarded at the 62nd National Film Award Ceremony in Delhi on May 3, 2015. Former President Shri Pranab Mukherjee honored Kangana with her second National Award. 


About Queen (2014)

Queen is a 2013 Indian Hindi-language comedy drama film directed by Vikas Bahl and produced by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures & Phantom Films.

The film stars #KanganaRanaut in the lead role, with Lisa Haydon and Rajkummar Rao playing supporting roles.

The film follows the story of Rani Mehra, a diffident Punjabi girl from New Delhi who embarks on her honeymoon to Paris and Amsterdam by herself after her fiancé calls off their wedding.  

Queen received universal critical acclaim so the Kangana Ranaut's titular performance. Also to be noted Kangana Ranaut wrote her own dialogues in Queen and she also received credit for it in the film. 

With Queen, Kangana Ranaut's established herself as the top leading Actresses. She became the highest paid actress in the country. ♥️
