Configuring Shared Storage (iSCSI) with VMware and a Synology NAS

We are going to take a look how to setup a Synology NAS as shared storage for a VMware vCenter cluster. My goal is to provide a full guide on how to set this configuration up in your homelab. These steps should work on just about any Synology that supports iSCSI. Hold on because this is going to be a rather...lengthy...tutorial.
