This talk wraps up some loose ends in previous presentations. It starts with a reflection on how ICT managers need to be able to simultaneous combine abstract thinking with the specifics on what and how of what they are supposed to manage - be it projects or IT service/asset management processes. The talk zooms in on tools and the pros and cons of moving to a micro-services architecture and to continuous integration and deployment. Kudos to CodeFresh and Mauricio Salatino here, who brought one of the best courses I've ever done online (for free, on top of that!).
