Meet Trenton: The Middle Schooler Who Changed His Community through Robotics Class

“Once it was done, I was able to say I helped someone.”

Trenton, a student from Talladega County Schools, helped a local steel company solve a problem that they were facing by using technology he had learned to use in his STEAM class. With the help of his STEAM teacher, Mrs. Kelley Dunston, Trenton leveraged real-world problem-solving skills to make meaningful change in his community.
