President Trump delivered an address to a joint session of Congress on Tuesday where he laid out his agenda for his second administration. It marked the first time the president addressed both chambers of Congress since he took office and came on the same day 25% tariffs against Canada and Mexico went into effect. China was also hit with a second 10% tariff on U.S. exports.
