This talk is about how we built Quivr- the open-source virtual brain. In just over 2 months we are at 14k stars and 6.5k active users. This is a story of the crazy highs, some broken production and how we created a community behind this project. I would love to be able to share the journey with you.

Hey, I'm Matt. AWS Community Builder, developer at Aleios, and organizer for the Serverless London meetup. Outside the day job, I am a core builder of Quivr: the open-source virtual brain. I enjoy building in public and driving for continuous learning to help people make cool stuff. In my former life, I was a professional windsurfer competing on the world tour. Nowadays I just get out on the water on the weekends and occasionally teach some kitesurfing.
