🧨 Plot Summary:
On the rugged, windswept island of Berk, Vikings and dragons have been locked in a bitter, generations-long war. The villagers, led by their formidable Chief Stoick the Vast, pride themselves on their dragon-slaying prowess. However, Stoick's scrawny and academically inclined son, Hiccup, is a misfit who would rather invent than fight. During a dragon raid, Hiccup uses one of his inventions to down a legendary and elusive Night Fury dragon, a creature never before seen up close.

Instead of killing the dragon to gain his tribe's acceptance, Hiccup finds himself unable to take its life. He discovers the injured dragon, whom he names Toothless, and begins to secretly befriend it. Through their growing bond, Hiccup learns profound truths about dragons, realizing they are not the monsters his people believe them to be. This unlikely friendship challenges everything the Vikings of Berk hold dear, leading Hiccup to question his society's deeply ingrained hatred for dragons. As an ancient threat endangers both Vikings and dragons alike, Hiccup's unique connection with Toothless becomes the key to forging a new, peaceful future for both species, redefining what it means to be a hero and a leader.
