Session Title: Data Pipelines and How Their Construction is Important for Creating Robust and Scalable Applications for Any Organization

Session Abstract: What are data pipelines and how is their construction important for creating robust and scalable applications for any organization. Also, how is an organization’s use of these pipelines an indicator of its success or failure in contemporary business and commerce? We will focus on key areas of Dell Technologies’ new book Modern Enterprise Data Pipelines. One of the book’s authors, Mike Bachman, will discuss the major themes of the book, including organizational philosophy, data pipelines, fabrics and common patterns that will be important a digital transformation in a multicloud estate. By the end of the session, attendees will:

Understand the changes in thinking that are necessary for true transformation
Learn about architectural foundation and conceptual framework required for a technical transition
Gain an intuition of applying data pipelines to transformations
