If you’re having difficulty with range of motion (bending and straightening) in your knees- these simple movements can help ✅
They shouldn’t cause significant pain and movements should not be forced ⚠️
The goal is to restore bending and straightening as best as you can without further irritating the joint 😇
Each movement can be done for 8-10 repetitions to start with, depending on how they feel 🙌🏼
