Real History of Aurangzeb Alamgir | Chaava - Truth or propeganda | Sambhaji | Amber Voice

Aurangzeb Alamgir, the sixth Mughal emperor, ruled India from 1658 to 1707. He is widely regarded as one of the most influential and contentious figures in Indian history. Aurangzeb's early life was marked by a fierce struggle for succession, which he ultimately won by defeating his brothers and imprisoning his father, Shah Jahan. This ruthless determination characterized his reign, as he expanded the Mughal Empire to its greatest extent, annexing the Deccan Sultanates and much of southern India. Aurangzeb implemented Islamicization, He imposed Sharia law, promoted Islamic education, and encouraged the conversion of Hindus to Islam. Aurangzeb strengthened the centralized administration, reducing the power of regional governors and increasing the emperor's authority. He introduced new taxes, reformed the revenue system, and promoted trade and commerce.
