【信義房屋】2024 AREA亞洲企業社會責任獎｜永續報告書獎 – 邁向淨零，與社會共好、共生、共創，打造永續好生活

信義房屋兼顧各利害關係人的永續目標，並每年揭露、完整呈現信義房屋的永續成績，2005年信義房屋發行第一本「公益年報」，揭露信義房屋於社會公益面向上作為；2010年信義房屋將資訊範疇擴大至企業承諾、公司治理、人才發展與關懷、環境保護與社會參與等面向，並參考全球永續性報告協會(The Global Reporting Initiative, GRI G3)的報告綱領，進行編撰「2009信義房屋企業永續發展報告書」，2015年起陸續取得多項重要ISO查證，積極響應國際趨勢。
信義房屋每年持續發行永續報告書，期望讓關心我們的利害關係人，能夠更了解我們在實踐永續發展的各項努力與成果；2022年是信義房屋的第14本永續報告書。

Since 2005, Sinyi began its first sustainability report, and aims to not only keep up with international standards and trends, but also go beyond basic requirements and get third-party verification.

Sinyi Realty 2022 Sustainability Report was the 14th report, and it was prepared in accordance with the AA1000AS v3 and in adherence to GRI Standards (2021), while several ISOs were verified and obtained.
