UPDATE (6/1/2022): They added a gear icon to the imager that appears after you select an OS

UPDATE (2/3/2021): The ctrl + shift + x command isn't working on Windows for Imager version 1.7. If you're also having trouble with this step, do the following:
Uninstall Imager. Reinstall version 1.6.2 from here: https://github.com/raspberrypi/rpi-im... (get the .exe for Windows and the .dmg for Mac)
