These are the pigmented bacteria I received from Carolina Biological that will be used to test whether fabrics treated with copper nanoparticles inhibit bacterial growth. I'm hoping they can be observed with the naked eye without the use of a stain, which could also dye the fabric and make the colonies hard to detect.
