Is Rust Basically Golang? (caution: trolling ahead)

Is Rust is like Go but with type system (syntax sugar lol) and without Garbage Collector?

And the answer is:
Of course not, Rust for stable and robust software; Go for rapid prototyping... Why would you even think that "Rust is Basically Go?". Such a nonsense...
