These days pelvic floor dysfunctions are very common in women.
Every 1 of 4 women is suffering from any kind of pelvis pain and pelvic disorders and in most of the cases ,The reason is Weak Pelvic Floor Muscles.
Kegel exercises strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which support the uterus, bladder, small intestine and rectum. You can do Kegel exercises, also known as pelvic floor muscle training,
Many factors can weaken your pelvic floor muscles, including urinary incontinence, pregnancy, childbirth, surgery, aging, excessive straining from constipation or chronic coughing, and being overweight.
